How long does it take to get my new website built?
As soon as your registration for this promo is complete, the shopt support team will make contact with you. The speed at which you can provide your info, like images and text, will determine how long it takes to get it live! There are an estimated 30 working days set out to build and fill your new website and the support team will push as much as possible to get your website completed in that time frame. The support team will first set you up with a ‘staging’ link so you can see your web build in real time and then will insert your supplied content in a matter of days. Please ensure you are available via email and/or phone during the development process! Your cooperation is key!

The friendly and helpful Shopt support team will make initial contact with you and this will be via email. Ensure you provide an active email address and are then available to provide the information needed to fill your website.

Yes! If your existing domain name is registered with Cybersmart then we will use this to create your new website on!

I need to register a new domain name, can I?
Yes! We will check to see that your chosen domain is available, if it is then we will book this for you and it will be hosted on the dedicated server. All domain registrations carry a once off registration fee and annual domain renewal fee that is not included in this promotional deal.

How do I manage my Domain & Email Addresses for my new website?
I use CPanel currently – how will this affect my new website?
As part of this arrangement, you will no longer be required to manage your website, as this will now be handled for you. While you will no longer have full access to cPanel, you can still manage your domain and email addresses through Cybersmart’s Client Area at https://hosting.cybersmart.co.za/.
How does Billing work?
The monthly promo fee will be billed to the registered Cybersmart customer account and debited off the bank account associated with the registered Cybersmart customer number. The set=up fee will also be debited off the same account once the client has given sign off.
*Please note your first billing takes place the next full calendar month after sign-up, regardless of if your new site is live yet
For 2024 Jolly deal clients, the first billing cycle is 1 March 2025 All prices are quoted Inclusive of VAT (value added tax)
Getting people to find your new website and advertising your products or services is vital to the success of your business! So adverting and digital marketing are definitely important.
Marketing content and strategy are not included in this deal. The website platform your new website is built is, is ready to be linked and promoted by any channel you choose.
Tip: Explore yourself or hire a marketing person/company to build you a marketing strategy and manage your digital spend on products such as Instagram & Facebook boosts and Google Ad-words.
